You get points from clicking answers, yes/no making comments, and asking questions. You also get points for people answering your questions and leaving comments.

Good Idea, I'll look into it, meanwhile it is fairly simple to find people from the list without too much page hopping!

- nice ever lens, bookgarden. i just joined and started asking questions over at wis.dm. Maybe you could make your "wis.dm friends" module a plexo. each one could point to the user's page. new users could add their links as well.
